Is there a refund policy?

All ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Please make sure to review all event details and confirm your availability before purchasing your ticket. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact our support team for assistance with ticket transfers.

Are there sponsorship opportunities available?

Yes, the Connect Conference could not happen without the incredible generosity and support of our sponsors.

Sponsors can write off 100% of their sponsorships because we have partnered with the 501(c)(3) non-profit Dear Just Community Inc.

What should I bring to the conference?

An open mind that is ready to connect with others, network, learn from our amazing speakers and make new friends. You can also bring a pen and notepad because you are going to want to take some notes! Don’t forget business cards for networking.

Are meals included with the tickets?

Upon arrival, enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and water during check-in. Please note, breakfast will not be provided, so we recommend having breakfast before arriving. For lunch, a delicious full meal will be served, accompanied by tea and water. We will also offer a gluten-free option to accommodate dietary preferences.

What time does the Connect Conference start?

Check-in is from 8:30-9:00 AM

General Session 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

VIP Session – 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM 

Where is the Connect Conference located?

The Connect Conference will be held at the New Braunfels Civic and Convention Center, located at 375 S Castell Ave, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Ample parking is available in the surrounding area, with early arrival recommended for closer proximity to the entrance.
